“New memories… children order traditional breakfast, with masala tea. The tea reminds me of mum cooking tea for hours to make it thick and rich, the whole house use to smell the aroma of all the spices … I think the young generation are taking a liking to it as it’s become trendy to go and have a traditional breakfast“
